QUETTA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th Aug, 2024) Balochistan Think Tank Network (BTTN)’s Chief Retired Brigadier Agha Ahmed Gul on Friday congratulated Arshad Nadeem on wining gold medal in Paris Olympics.
In his statement issued here, he said Arshad Nadeem has proved that there was no shortage of talent in the Pakistani nation.
He said that national hero Arshad Nadeem has won Pakistan's first individual gold medal in Olympic Games Paris 2024 by breaking the record in javelin throw.
His victory, which has set a new Olympic record, it should be celebrated as a national victory and we all would embrace him as a national hero, every nation needs heroes like Arshad.
He paid tributes to Arshad for making the nation proud and said that throwing more than 90 meters twice in the final competition has also become the only record.
He said that the national flag was hoisted by Arshad Nadeem after defeating the player of India and all previous records.
He said that history has been created by creating a new record of 92.97 meters in javelin throw
