
Governor KP Congratulates U-16 Volleyball Team On Winning Asian Championship

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jul, 2025) Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi on Saturday extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Pakistan Under-16 volleyball team for their remarkable victory in the Asian Championship.
In his message, the Governor praised the team for delivering an outstanding performance under immense pressure, bringing pride to the nation.
He highlighted the team's unity, determination, and resilience, particularly in the final match against Iran, as key factors in securing this historic win.
Governor Kundi said the entire nation is proud of the young athletes’ achievement and expressed hope that they will continue to perform with the same excellence in the future, raising Pakistan’s flag high on the global stage.
Meanwhile, Governor Faisal Karim Kundi congratulated snooker players Muhammad Asif and Akhtar Hasnain on their international victories.
He praised Hasnain for winning the U-17 Snooker Championship and Asif for clinching the World Masters Snooker title, calling their achievements a proud moment for Pakistan.
The Governor said their success is an inspiration for young athletes and hoped they continue to shine globally.
