#HopeNotOut: Google Hosts Lunch For Shahid Afridi In Singapore

Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 7th May, 2018) Former captain and all-rounder of Pakistan cricket team, Shahid Afridi has recently been in news for his welfare work.
In the same series, Google hosted a lunch for Shahid Afridi in its headquarters in Singapore.
According to a picture shared by the cricketer on his Instagram account, Afridi says it was a privilege to be hosted for lunch at Google headquarters, Singapore.
Bringing the people of two tensed neighbors India and Pakistan together, he said that it was such a heart-warming sight to see Pakistani and Indian youth working together to make a difference.
Earlier, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and former US secretary of state Hillary Clinton also extended best wishes for the star cricketer and supported Shahid Afridi Foundation.
Shahid Afridi Foundation is a welfare organization aimed to improve the lives of the underprivileged communities through various efforts, focusing the state of healthcare and education within the country and providing clean and safe drinking water to the poor. The Twitter account of Shahid Afridi Foundation says that it works "for the less privileged to give them what we can to keep their #HopeNotOut".
