Iran To Host 1st World Military Archery Contes

Deputy Commander of Iranian Army Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari said the Conseil International du Sport Militarie (CISM) competition will be held in November 11-16 with participation of 10 army teams from around the world.
ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Oct, 2018 ) :Deputy Commander of Iranian Army Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari said the Conseil International du Sport Militarie (CISM) competition will be held in November 11-16 with participation of 10 army teams from around the world.
The commander emphasized the importance of physical as well as psychological preparedness, adding that in difficult situation the ability helps military forces perform their mission.
He added that sports play an essential role in physical preparedness.
Archery is one of the military sports field in which Iranian armed forces enjoy a 'satisfactory' level ofcompetency, he said.
