Iranians Clinch More Medals In Asian Rowing Champs

Iranians clinched more medals in Asian Rowing Champs on Tuesday. Kiana Kamalzadeh and Elnaz Shafieiyan bagged a gold medal and ranked first in women's Kayak Double.
Tehran, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Oct, 2018 ) :Iranians clinched more medals in Asian Rowing Champs on Tuesday. Kiana Kamalzadeh and Elnaz Shafieiyan bagged a gold medal and ranked first in women's Kayak Double.
Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan ranked second and third respectively, according to Iran's Canoeing, Rowing and Sailing Federation,.
In men's Kayak Double, Komeil Khazaee and Abdollah Mashayekh competed against their rivals and won a bronze medal.
Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan ranked second and third respectively.
Also Zahra Motahar and Hediye Kheirabadi ranked fifth in 200m Double Canoe. Canoers from China, North Korea and Kazakhstan ranked first to third respectively.
On the whole, Iranian athletes will bring home five gold, four silver and six bronze medals.
The three-day Asian Rowing Championships kicked off in Uzbekistan on October 20.
