Jangal Khail Kohat, Bajaur Stori Advance In Tabdeele Football Cup

Jangal Khail Kohat and Bajaur Stori advanced to next round after securing victories against their respective rivals in the ongoing Second Tabdeele Football Cup being played here at Tehmas Khan Football Stadium on Thursday
In the first match, Bajaur Stori recorded victory against Hayatabad Champions by 3-2 in a thrilling match played on hurtling pace with both Bajaur Stori and Hayatabad Champions made incisive rallies of attacks which were largely enjoyed by sitting spectators with their cheering hands. It was in the 5th minute when Hayatabad Champions slammed in a beautiful goal through center striker Aziz Khattak on the field attempt. Aziz Khattak took a free ball from his strong mid-fielder Shakoor Khan and zoomed quickly by reaching into the danger zone where Aziz Khattak slammed in a beautiful goal to make the tally 1-0.
It was just a break of 10-minute when Hayatabad Champions scored another goal through international Saleh Chitrali. Saleh got a free ball from right winger Waheed and quickly travelled past three defenders before giving a free ball to Saleh in front of the goal-mouth who did nothing wrong in dispatching it into the net to make the tally 2-0.
Bajaur Stori, a good team, but looked a little tired in the first session, come up with a big bang scoring two quick goals in the second session through right winger Jan Ullah and center striker Ikram Khan on the field attempts.
Both Jan Ullah and Ikram Khan scored one goal each from the pit position and giving no time to the deep defenders of Hayatabad Champions to rescue their team.
It was a very open play in the second session which superbly utilized by Bajaur Stori team. Bajaur Stori scored another goal through Karim Khan on the field attempt and thus making the score 3-2.
In the second match, Jangal Khail Kohat stunned strong Shams United team by 2-1 in another thrilling match. Shams United took the lead through center striker Adnan Khan on the field attempt but were not allowed by Jangal Khail Kohat players to play with free hands despite conceding a goal in the very outset of the match.
It was the 13th minut when Jangal Khail Kohat succeeded in leveling the tally 1-1 when international Rasool Khan found the equalizer. It was good pass given by mid-fielder Irfan to Rasool Khan just in front of the goal-mouth and Rasool converted a beautiful goal to make the tally 1-1.
After 1-1, both the team raided on each other territories but failed to score any goal till the end of the first-half play. It was the second session in which Rasool scored his another goal in the 80th minutethrough field attempt and thus made the tally 2-1. The players of Shams Club played well but failed to level the tally and thus Jangal Khail Kohat won the match by 2-1. For Jangal Khail Kohat international players comprising Rasool Khan, former Pakistan team goal-keeper Jafar Khan, Zia, Riaz Khan played well and did not give much time to Shams United to come back. The matches were supervised by Abdur Rehman, Zeeshan, Allouddin, Dilawar Khan, Akram Ullah while Syed Imtiaz Ali Shah acted as match commissioner.
