Cheste, Spain, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Nov, 2017 ) :Alex Marquez followed his older brother Marc Marquez's lead, claiming pole position for the Moto2 Valencia Grand Prix on Saturday.
Just over an hour after big brother secured pole to close in on a fourth MotoGP world championship, Alex Marquez claimed his third Moto2 pole to lead the front row from Italian world champion Franco Morbidelli and Mattia Pasini.
Morbidelli, Switzerland's Thomas Luthi and Portuguese rider Miguel Oliveira have already secured first, second and third places in the championship standings respectively ahead of the final race of the season.
