Pakistan Disabled Cricket Association announces its national selection committee

Pakistan Disabled Cricket Association (PDCA) Tuesday announced its new four-member national selection committee to select teams for cricket assignments home and abroad.

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Feb, 2018 ) :Pakistan Disabled Cricket Association (PDCA) Tuesday announced its new four-member national selection committee to select teams for cricket assignments home and abroad.

Former Pakistan cricket Captain Rashid Latif, who is the president of the PDCA, approved the new selection committee, headed by former first class cricketer, head coach Hyderabad Region & Director PDCA Iqbal Imam.

Iqbal will be assisted by head coach Rawalpindi Region and Director PDCA Sabih Azhar, former first class cricketer and Director PDCA Mohammad Javed and first class umpire Director PDCA Javed Ashraf.

The selection committee will select the Pakistan disabled cricket team for the tour of England in July this year. The committee will also select national team for four national level disabled cricket tournaments to be held in different parts of the country.
