Spirited Pakistan team shocked Malaysia in straight sets in the semi-final and moved to the final of the Asian Team Squash Championship being played at Korea.
PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Mar, 2018 ) :Spirited Pakistan team shocked Malaysia in straight sets in the semi-final and moved to the final of the Asian Team Squash Championship being played at Korea.
According to a detail issued by the Pakistan Squash Federation, Pakistan entered into the Team Squash Championship after defeating Malaysia team in the semi-finals.
Pakistan recorded a straight sets victory against Malaysia team.
I the singles of the Team Championship Tayyub Aslam defeated his rival from Malaysia Durren Rahu,m in straight sets, the score was 3-0. The score was 11-8, 11-5 and 11-8. Tayyub Aslam secured victory in three sets and did not face any hardship.
In the second singles Farhan Zaman beat Adden Adraki (3-1), the score was 11-8, 11-8, 5-11,and 13-11. Pakistan team will face Hong Hong in the final Sunday at 3.00 p.m.
