PCB Name Squad For T20 Series Against NZ

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Jan, 2018 ) :Pakistan cricket board (PCB) Wednesday announced a 15-member squad for the three-match Twenty-20 series against New Zealand. National Selection Committee headed by Inzamam ul Haq after consultation with head coach Mickey Arthur and Captain Sarfraz Ahmed, has announced the squad, said a press release issued here.

T-20 series will commence from January 22 and will conclude on January 28. Inzamam said Imad Wasim was yet to recover from his knee injury, and was told to continue his rehabilitation at the NCA while Mohammad Nawaz has been named to replace Imad.

"Sohaib Maqsood was not considered for selection due to back injury, and will undergo rehabilitation at the NCA," he said. The squad includes Sarfraz Ahmed (Captain/wicketkeeper), Fakhar Zaman, Ahmed Shehzad, Babar Azam, Shoaib Malik, Harris Sohail, Muhammad Hafeez, Muhammad Nawaz, Shadab Khan, Faheem Ashraf, Amir Yamin, Muhammad Amir, Hasan Ali, Rumman Raees and Umar Amin.
