Russia To Show Maximum Transparency In Settlement Of Doping Issues - Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov

Russia will continue to show maximum transparency in the interests of resolving all remaining controversial issues related to the topic of doping in sports, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Monday
"Our sports authorities are constantly in contact with their international colleagues, and you know that a certain breakthrough has already happened in this field as we have managed to turn this unpleasant page in the history of our relations with the international sports community and bureaucracy.
..," Peskov said in response to a question about the prospects for restoring the rights of Russian athletes accused of doping violations.
According to Peskov, some issues are still remaining, but they could be resolved within the framework of close dialogue and mutual understanding.
"Russia will continue to show maximum transparency in the interests of resolving all the existing issues," the Kremlin spokesman stressed.
