PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Jan, 2019 ) :Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Senior Minister Atif Khan Thursday directed deputy commissioners of all merged districts to identify locations for constructing sports complexes.

Chairing a meeting of Deputy Commissioners of merged districts here to discuss promotion of sports tourism, culture and archaeology in the tribal districts, he also directed the DCs to identify at-least three tourists' spots each in their respective districts.

He said 100 sports grounds would be made be available in the merged districts for promoting healthy activities.

The Minister said that culture, sports and youth events would be organized in these districts within next three months.

He said that sports events would be organized soon with the support of sports ministry in tribal districts.

He directed the DCs to also report archaeological sites in the tribal districts so that it could be maintained and opened for the visitors.
