Silver Medalist Usama Arif Receives Warm Welcome

A large number of local citizens accorded warm welcome to Karate Star, Usama Arif who secured silver medal in 17th All Asia Shin Kyokushin Karate championship in the Light Heavy Weight category held in Singapore.

He is a student of AJK Shin Kyokushin Karate academy Mirpur.

Talking to APP here on Wednesday, Victorious Usama dedicated his success to his grand master Sensie Muhammad Adeel Raja.

Meanwhile, Usama Arif was accorded a rousing reception as he reached his home town of Mirpur Azad Jammu Kashmir after securing the victory in Shin Kyokushin Karate Championship.

He was garlanded by a big crowd of the local citizens including Muhammad Bashir Shagoo, the head of the institution besides the players of Karate, as he reached at Mangla Bridge.
