Skiing At Chianter Glacier A Lifetime Feat: French Skier

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th May, 2019 ) :Renowned French mountain guide and photographer Pierre Neyret says skiing at Chianter Glacier is unique experience and a lifetime feat.

"I have visited Pakistan for over 30 times. All my visits are full of beautiful memories, but this 14-day skiing trip is the unique experience of my life," Pierre told APP at a reception held here at Adventure Complex in the honour of 13-member International skiing team that recently explored the Chainter Glacier.

The reception was organized by Alpine Club of Pakistan in collaboration with Adventure Foundation Pakistan.

Pierre led the international team, which completed an unprecedented expedition in Pakistan, traversing Chianter Glacier of Khyber Pakthunkhwa province along Pak-Afghan Border.

Narrating the skiing experience and rediscovery of the lost valley, Pierre said that he had visited and photographed several glaciers across the world but he had never come across such a challenging and beautiful glacier.
