Subh-e-Nau Ladies Tennis: Oreen, Mahvish, Meheq, Shimza Move To Next Round

Oreen Jasia displayed quality tennis to overcome her opponent Shireen Warraich in second round match of Subh-e-Nau National Ladies Tennis Tournament here at Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) Tennis Courts on Monday.
ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Sep, 2018 ) :Oreen Jasia displayed quality tennis to overcome her opponent Shireen Warraich in second round match of Subh-e-Nau National Ladies Tennis Tournament here at Pakistan sports board (PSB) Tennis Courts on Monday.
Shireen Warraich showed good resistance but the score line remained 6-4, 6-3 in favour of Oreen.
In another match seasoned player Meheq Khokhar won her second round match easily against Nida Akram. Mahvish Chishtie defeated Shahida Kausar while Shimza Naz won her match against Shahida Badshah. Quarterfinals of Ladies Singles will be played on Tuesday.
Pair of Esha Jawad and Shimza Naz won their Ladies Doubles match against pair of Oreen Jasia and Anum Khan without any noted resistance. Pairs of Meheq Khokhar and Sarah Mahboob and Mahnoor Sohail and Shahida Farooq moved to next round after their opponent pairs did not show up.
Fatima Ali Raja moved to next round of Girls U-14 with victory over Mahrukh Farooqui.
Quarterfinal phase of all categories will be played on Tuesday.
