UVAS Ranked 3rd Among Public Sector Universities In Sports

The Higher Education Commission has ranked the University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore on 3rd position in national sport ranking of public sector universities of the country for the year 2016-17.
LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Oct, 2018 ) :The Higher education Commission has ranked the University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore on 3rd position in national sport ranking of public sector universities of the country for the year 2016-17.
The HEC ranked the universities on the basis of overall results of inter-varsity sports championships for 2016-17 in 33 categories of sports.
The UVAS got 782 points among public sector universities. The UVAS had already been ranked by the HEC among top 10 universities of Pakistan in overall ranking of universities.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Talat Naseer Pasha congratulated the faculty, staff and students on this achievement.
