WAPDA, SNGPL Top QD Points Table

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Oct, 2016 ) : WAPDA and SNGPL teams lead the points table in their respective groups after the second round of the Quaid-e-Azam (QD) Trophy 2016-2017 played at different venues in the country.
WAPDA tops Group A with 18 points followed by HBL (9 points), UBL (6 points), SSGC (3 points), Islamabad Region (3 points) and Lahore Region B (1 point). SNGPL tops Group B with 15 points followed by KRL (12), NBP (10), Karachi Region W (9) and Lahore Region W (9), said a press release issued here.
The third round matches of Pool A to be played from October 15 to 18 include Sui Southern Gas v Lahore Region Blues at LCCA Ground, Lahore; United Bank v Peshawar Region at Arbab Niaz Stadium, Peshawar; Islamabad Region v Wapda at Pindi Stadium, Rawalpindi and Habib Bank v Karachi Region Blues at UBL sports Compelex, Karachi.
The Pool B matches comprise Khan Research Laboratory v Karachi Region White at National Stadium, Karachi; National Bank v Rawalpindi Region at Diamond Ground, Islamabad; Pakistan International v Fata Region at Jinnah Stadium, Sialkot and Sui Northern Gas v Lahore Region White at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
