Los Angeles, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Nov, 2018 ) :Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson connected with Ed Dickson on a 15-yard touchdown pass with 5:08 remaining Thursday to lift the Seahawks to a 27-24 NFL victory over the Green Bay Packers.

The Seahawks snapped a two-game losing streak as they rallied from a 14-3 deficit to improve to 5-5 and bolster their playoff chances.

"We stayed the course," said Wilson, who threw for 225 yards and engineered two fourth-quarter scoring drives. "We kept believing in what we were going to do." Dickson's game-winning catch came after back-to-back plays from Tyler Lockett to keep the drive going.

That included a 34-yard catch by Lockett on which replays appeared to show the ball coming loose before he had possession.

The Packers didn't challenge the call and just a few plays later Seattle scored the winning TD.

"The offensive line did a great job of continuing to block for the run game but also on the passing game when we really needed it," Wilson said. "In the fourth quarter we really needed to throw the ball and make some plays -- guys made those plays and then Dickson came up with a huge, huge touchdown.

Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was outstanding in the first half. He finished with 332 passing yards but Green Bay had only one scoring drive in the second half that produced a field goal in the fourth quarter.
