Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology (KPIT) Board has launched a project 'Durshal' to enable young graduates to start their own businesses

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 09th Feb, 2018 ) :Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology (KPIT) board has launched a project 'Durshal' to enable young graduates to start their own businesses.

Talking to private news channel Project coordinator Sadaf Shaheen said that Durshal, which means doorstep in Pashto, is a project envisaged to anchor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's digital transformation by establishing a network of community spaces across the province with the goal of enabling the youth to collaborate, innovate, access training and launch new businesses She said that Durshal center would provide training to youth and polish their skills to help them start news businesses.

'This is the first of the series. Other centers would be established in Peshawar, Swat, Kohat, Haripur, Swabi and DI Khan. We want to enable our youth to launch their own businesses and create job opportunities for others instead of searching for jobs. The launching of the center will further boost the digital economy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,' Sadaf added.
