The United States will continue purchasing rocket engines manufactured by Russia for over three more years, Russia's Roscosmos state space corporation chief Dmitry Rogozin told Sputnik on Monday.

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 19th November, 2018) The United States will continue purchasing rocket engines manufactured by Russia for over three more years, Russia's Roscosmos state space corporation chief Dmitry Rogozin told Sputnik on Monday.

"I think, even for longer period," Rogozin said, answering a question about whether the United States would continue to buy Russian rocket engines in the coming three years.

"[The United States] has not shifted to new launch vehicles, they will continue to fly using Atlas [space launch vehicles]. [Washington] is satisfied with our engines," he noted.
