GORKI (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 23rd January, 2019) The current construction dynamics at the Vostochny space center makes it impossible to prepare it for the launch of heavy rockets by 2021, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said Wednesday.

"Obviously, the current dynamics does not allow to meet these deadlines, it means that efforts are needed, it is necessary to do everything depending on the structures that are involved in this, in order to accomplish the relevant construction," Medvedev said at a meeting on the development of the Roscosmos State Space Corporation.
