Old Pakistani Woman Ditched By Husband In Madinah

Husband cheated on wife while they were in Madinah to perform Umrah together

Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 29th May, 2018) A video of a girl telling a story of a woman whose husband cheated on her while they were in Madinah to perform an Umrah together is going viral on social media.

In the video, the girl tells that she was in Masjid-e-Nabwi for her Itikaf (spiritual retreat) when at around 3am, she saw an old Pakistani woman balling her eyes out in middle of the mosque.

The girl approaches her and asks what the matter is to which the woman tells that her husband just cheated on her, deserted her in Madinah and went with another woman.

They took her to central authorities of the mosque but the three men at the desk there starting smiling while the woman was crying in tears. When the girl asks her to translate what those men said in urdu, she tells that they are calling her a drama queen as there’s no way his husband could cheat on her while on Umrah.

The girl calls out on the authorities for humiliating the Pakistani woman and told them that she does not have money to get home and has nowhere to go.

In the video, the girl points out our attention to how women are being abandoned for they are not pleasing their men enough and how it has become normal in our community.

She said that we need to start talking about this and empower each other, adding that if a man is going to treat women like that, they have every right to leave him, divorce him and not blame themselves as it is not their fault.
