Cold,dry Weather To Grip, Foggy Conditions Likely At Plains Of Punjab, Upper Sindh

The met office Thursday forecast cold and dry weather in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Dec, 2018 ) :The met office Thursday forecast cold and dry weather in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.

Dense/Shallow foggy conditions are likely to continue in plains of Punjab, upper Sindh and Peshawar division during morning/night hours.

According to the synoptic situations, continental air is likely to prevail over most parts of the country during next few days.

Weather remained cold and dry in other parts of the country, however, foggy conditions prevailed in upper Sindh, Peshawar divisions, few central and southern Punjab during the last 24 hours.

The lowest minimum temperatures recorded on Thursday were; Kalat -11'C, Skardu -10'C, Kalam -08'C, Quetta, Gupis -07'C, Rawalakot -05'C, Bagrote, Dir, Lower Dir, Malamjabba, Hunza, Mirkhani, Gilgit -04'C, Murree, Dalbandin -03'C, Chillas, Kakul, Balakot, Saidu Sharif -02'C, Parachinar, Drosh, Muzaffarabad, Garidupatta, Islamabad -01'C, Peshawar 01'C, Lahore 02'C and Chitral 03'C.
