Hot, Dry Weather Expected On Wednesday 05 June 2018

Pakistan Meteorological Department's National Weather Forecasting Center Tuesday forecast very hot and dry weather in most parts of the country for Wednesday.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Jun, 2018 ) :Pakistan Meteorological Department's National Weather Forecasting Center Tuesday forecast very hot and dry weather in most parts of the country for Wednesday.

According to the daily weather report, very hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country on Tuesday night. However, rain-thundershower with gusty winds may occur at isolated places in Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Dera Ghazi Khan, Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Kohat, Mardan, Zhob divisions, Islamabad, FATA and Kashmir.

Meanwhile, a continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country During the past 24 hours, weather remained very hot and dry in most parts of the country.

However, rain-thundershower with gusty winds occurred in upper Punjab, upper KP , Islamabad and Kashmir.

Rainfall recorded in millimeter were; Punjab: Islamabad (Bokra 23, Saidpur 19, Z.P 14, Golra 10), Rawalpindi ( Chaklala 10, Shamsabad 14), Murree 15, Mangla 01, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Balakot 09, Kakul 04, Parachinar 02, Kashmir: Garidupatta 21, Rawalakot 18, Kotli 15, Muzaffarabad 05.

The highest maximum temperatures on Tuesday were; Sibbi 50'C, Bhakkar 49'C, Bahawalnagar, Dadu 48'C and Rahim Yar Khan, Noorpurthal, Jaccobabad and Padidan 47'C.
