Russia Did Not Discuss Situation Around WEF At ASEAN Summit - Kremlin Spokesman

The idea to boycott the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos by Russia was not discussed by Russian President Vladimir Putin in Singapore at all, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Wednesday.
MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 14th November, 2018) The idea to boycott the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos by Russia was not discussed by Russian President Vladimir Putin in Singapore at all, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Wednesday.
"No, it was not discussed here. We are now in Singapore.
[The] Davos [forum] is not being discussed in Singapore at all," Peskov told reporters when asked about the Kremlin's reaction to the possible boycott of the forum by Russian companies.
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev earlier said Russia would not attend the Davos economic forum if its organizers did not revert decisions on the participation of Russian businessmen in the event.
