About 100 People Took Part In Mass Brawl In Restaurant In Sweden's Gothenburg - Police

STOCKHOLM (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 03rd March, 2019) A mass brawl involving about a hundred people occurred in the early hours of Sunday in one of the restaurants in the center of Sweden's Gothenburg, local police reported.

Police received an alarm around 03.28 a.m. local time (02.28 GMT). Five people suspected in initiating the brawl were detained.

The restaurant's security guards received minor injuries in the fighting.

According to Expressen newspaper, a total of 12 police cars arrived at the scene. The causes of the incident have not yet reported.

This is the second mass brawl in Sweden over the weekend. On Saturday, media reported a fight near the town of Nykoping, which involved over 90 people.
