Airspace in Ukraine's Chernihiv Region Partly Closed After Recent Blast - Statement

KIEV (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 09th October, 2018) The airspace within the radius of 20 kilometers (12 miles) has been closed after an explosion occurred in a military warehouse in Ukraine's Chernihiv region, the country's State Emergency Service said Tuesday in a statement.

"Airspace within the radius of 20 kilometers has been closed. car and train traffic has been stopped ... Evacuation of the population from the possible damage area has been organized ... About 10,000 people were evacuated," the statement reads.
