Airstrikes On Damascus Surroundings Ongoing For Unprecedented 90 Minutes - Reports

BEIRUT (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 26th December, 2018) The airstrikes on the western territories of the Syrian province of Damascus have been ongoing for unprecedented an hour and a half, with the Syrian air defense system having shot down several missiles, the Syrian state media reported on Wednesday.
According to Syria's Ikhbariya state-owned tv channel, the attack began at 10:00 p.m. local time [20:00 GMT].
The broadcaster revealed that the attacks are being carried out through Lebanon's airspace, but did not specify exact Syria's settlements being subject to the attacks.
