Almost 15 Finnair Tuesday Flights Canceled Due To Expected Snowfall - Finavia

HELSINKI (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 08th January, 2019) At least 14 Tuesday flights of the Finnish airline Finnair have been canceled due to expected snowfall, the government-owned Finavia company, which manages the country's airports, said in a statement on Monday.
"As of 22:10 [local time, 20:10 GMT], flights to Jonseuu, Savonlinna, Kuopio, Turku, Amsterdam (KL1168), Oulu, Brussels, Tampere, Vaasa, Amsterdam (KL1170) have been canceled," the statement read.
Flights to Russian cities are currently conducted as scheduled.
Finnair is a major Finnish airline founded in 1923. It has transported 12 million passengers in 2017. Finnair carries out flights to 19 Asian cities, eight North American cities, and over 100 destinations in Europe.
