At Least 3 People Injured In Stabbing Attack In France's Marseille - Reports

PARIS (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 20th February, 2019) An unknown man with a knife attacked and wounded at least three people in the French city of Marseille, local media reported Tuesday.
The incident took place near the police commissariat, according to Le Parisien newspaper.
When the police arrived at the scene, the perpetrator started shooting at the officers. He was then neutralized with return fire, and later succumbed to his wounds received during he clash.
During the shooting, another person was injured in the leg.
The investigation into the incident has been launched by local investigators.
