Boeing Wins $9.2Bln To Deliver Pilot Training Aircraft For US Air Force - Pentagon

WASHINGTON (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 28th September, 2018) Aerospace giant Boeing won more than $9.2 billion to build 351 pilot training aircraft and associated equipment, supplies and services for the US Air Force, the Defense Department said in a press release.

$9,202,568,686 for the Advanced Pilot Training aircraft and ground-based training systems," the release said on Thursday. "The contract provides for the anticipated delivery of 351 aircraft, 46 associated training devices, and other ancillary supplies and service."

Work will be performed in the US state of Missouri and is expected to be completed by 2034, according to the release.
