Car Runs Into Crowd In Nigeria Leaving 11 People Killed, 30 Injured - Reports

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 23rd April, 2019) At least 11 people were killed, while 30 more were wounded as a car driven by a police officer drove into a crowd in Nigeria, local media reported, citing police.
The Nation newspaper reported that the driver lost control of his car and rammed into a procession celebrating Easter in the Nigerian northeastern state of Gombe.
The driver was killed in the accident.
An inspector-general of the local police ordered to launch a speedy and comprehensive investigation into the accident. according to the newspaper.
