Chinese Company To Invest Some $74.5Mln In Fishing Industry Of Russia's Far East - Fund

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 21st August, 2018) Chinas Dalian Wenlian Aquaculture company plans to invest 5 billion rubles ($74.5 million) in the fishing industry of Russias Far East, the Russia-China Investment Fund for Regional Development said on Monday.

The funds CEO Rustam Temirgaliev said that the fund had signed a cooperation project with the Chinese company.

�In the future, Dalian Wenlian Aquaculture plans to extend its fish breeding plots to 4,000 hectares and build an aquaculture factory. The total volume of investments will amount to 5 billion rubles,� Temirgaliev said.

At present, the company submitted a request for fish breeding activities on some 900 hectares, he added.
