Combing Operation Leads To Arrest Of 25 Criminals In Hangu: Police

The Hangu police have arrested 24 criminals including five proclaimed offenders required to the law enforcers in various murder, attempt cases in combating operation carried out in parts of the district on Thursday.

HANGU, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Feb, 2018 ) :The Hangu police have arrested 24 criminals including five proclaimed offenders required to the law enforcers in various murder, attempt cases in combating operation carried out in parts of the district on Thursday.

The operation was launched on the special directives of DPO Asif Gohar against anti social elements. The police teams of Police Stations City, Saddar, Doaba and Thall conducted raids on the hideouts of the fugitives and criminals and arrested 24 outlaws required to the police in murder, attempt to murders, POs and narco dealers.

The police seized five pistols, one repeater, 83 rounds of various bores of rifles, three chargers and 453 gram hashish. The DPO said protection to life and property and maintenance of public order was the prime responsibility of the police.

The search and strike operations against the outlaws would continue till elimination of the anti social elements from the district. APP/sis-ayz/1335
