MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 26th March, 2019) The Russian and Syrian Joint Coordination Committees on Repatriation of Syrian Refugees on Tuesday will hold consultations at the Syrian Jleb crossing point on the gradual dismantling of the Rukban camp.
The Russian and Syrian coordination center also invited the representatives of the United States, Jordan and the United Nations to take part in the meeting.
The Rukban camp is part of the US-controlled zone around its At-Tanf base in Syria.
The Russia-Syria coordination center on refugee repatriation has long been calling for dismantlement of the camp, in which around 40,000 residents face what the World Health Organization described as "deplorable conditions."
