Crimea College Blast Caused By 'unidentified Explosive Device': News Agencies

An explosion on Wednesday at a technical college in the city of Kerch in Russian-annexed Crimea was caused by an unidentified explosive device, Russian state news agencies reported citing the National Anti-Terrorism Committee.

"In Kerch, an unidentified explosive device exploded," a spokesman for the National Anti-Terrorism Committee was quoted as saying by TASS state news agency. "According to preliminary information, 10 people died, there are around 50 injured."
