Crimean College Hit By Shooting To Reopen On Tuesday, Or Later - Kerch Mayor

KERCH (Russia) (UrduPoint news / Sputnik - 21st October, 2018) The Kerch polytechnic college that was hit by a shooting incident on Wednesday will be reopened on Tuesday, or later, Kerch Mayor Sergei Borozdin told Sputnik.
"On Tuesday, head of the Crimean Republic will arrive in Kerch, he will talk to the [college's] staff and decide on the college's reopening," Borozdin said.
On Wednesday, 18-year-old Vladislav Roslyakov carried out a shooting and bombing attack in the Kerch polytechnic college, where he was a fourth-year student. According to the latest data, 21 people were killed, including 16 students and 5 staff members, and more than 50 more were injured in the attack.
The attacker committed suicide, and his motives still remain unclear.
