DAMASCUS (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 16th October, 2018) The Crimean delegation has discussed with Syrian President Bashar Assad the possibility of operating regular flights between Syria and the peninsula, as well as possible business missions, Andrey Nazarov, the Yalta International Economic Forum's organizing committee co-chairman, said on Tuesday.
The Syrian leader met with the Russian delegation earlier in the day.
"We have discussed the establishment of a mechanism that would enable people to fly directly from Syria to Crimea for vacation, and the Syrian president does not separate culture from tourism.
