Donetsk Resident Said SBU Officer Tortured Him In Berdyansk - Russian Security Service

A resident of the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk has approached the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) saying that he had recognized an officer of the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) detained during the Kerch Strait Incident as a person who had tortured him in the Ukrainian city of Berdyansk, Mikhail Shishov, the head of the investigations office of FSB, said on Saturday.
MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 08th December, 2018) : A resident of the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk has approached the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) saying that he had recognized an officer of the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) detained during the Kerch Strait Incident as a person who had tortured him in the Ukrainian city of Berdyansk, Mikhail Shishov, the head of the investigations office of FSB, said on Saturday.
"Also, a resident of the city of Donetsk approached the FSB Investigative Department saying he recognized one of Ukraine's SBU officers as a person who tortured him during detention in Berdyansk. Donetsk's law enforcement agencies are looking into the incident and requested evidence related to the case," Shishov said at a briefing at Rossiya Segodnya International Information Agency.
