Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan currently has no plans to hold a meeting with US President Donald Trump during a visit to the United States in late September, Turkish presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalin said on Tuesday.

"Such a meeting has not been planned so far, but is is difficult to say what will happen next," Kalin told reporters answering a relevant question.
On Monday, the Turkish leader's press service said that Erdogan plans to visit the United States on September 23-27 to attend the UN General Assembly.
