EU Commission Vice-President Frans Timmermans has called on the United Kingdom to "get its act together" amid the ongoing uncertainty about the conditions and dates of Brexit
On Wednesday, UK lawmakers rejected the idea of leaving the European Union without a withdrawal agreement after voting down the updated Brexit deal that Prime Minister Theresa May negotiated with President of the European Council Donald Tusk in Brussels. The vote on the extension of the Brexit deadline will take place on Thursday evening.
.. so they need to sort themselves out. Nobody wants a no deal Brexit but just by saying ... doesn't mean it's not going to happen. There might be a no deal Brexit even if they don't want it," Timmermans told Sky news broadcaster urging London to "get its act together."
