MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 06th May, 2021) EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Josep Borrell, said Thursday it was "unclear" if Russia wanted to fully engage on the de-escalation of tensions in Ukraine and implementation of Minsk agreements.
"We discussed the de-escalation of the tensions and the implementation of Minsk agreements as the only way forward for the lasting political solution.
