Four Criminals Killed During Attack on Servicemen in Mexico - Reports

CARACAS (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 25th April, 2019) Four criminals were killed as they attempted to attack Mexican troops in Tamaulipas state, media reported on Wednesday.

The gunmen opened fire on troops who patrolled the area near the highway leading to the city of Nuevo Laredo, according to the Sol de Mexico media outlet.

The attackers then attempted to flee the crime scene on a car but were chased down and killed during the firefight with the servicemen, Sol de Mexico reported.

No military casualties were reported.
