Gerasimov, Scaparotti Discuss Security, Russia-NATO Military Contacts in Phone Talks

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 21st September, 2018) Chief of the Russian General Staff Gen. Valery Gerasimov and Supreme Allied Commander Europe Gen. Curtis Scaparrotti discussed in phone talks on Friday global security and Russia's interaction with NATO, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

"During the talks, the sides exchanged views on the pressing issues of international security and the current state of Russian-NATO interaction in the military sphere," the ministry said in a statement.
