German Foreign Minister Hails French Results, 'sure' Macron Will Be President

BERLIN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Apr, 2017 ) - Germany's Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel on Sunday hailed projected results in France's first-round presidential vote putting centrist Emmanuel Macron ahead of far-right leader Marine Le Pen. The Social Democrat said he was "sure" Macron would be elected president in the run-off on May 7.
