If Kiev Calls Crimea Ukrainian, It Must Allow Ukrainians There To Vote - Viktor Yanukovych

Ukrainian ex-president Viktor Yanukovych, speaking of Ukraine's intention not to open polling stations in Russia, said Wednesday that if Kiev considered Crimea to be Ukrainian, it must allow Ukrainians living there to vote in the upcoming presidential elections
On a request from Ukraine's Foreign Ministry, the country's Central Election Commission (CEC) has decided that the four polling stations in Russia will not work, because it is allegedly impossible to control a transparent and fair vote at them.
"Poroshenko and, as they say, his company, may be asked such a question: good, Crimea is Ukrainian. Is Crimea Ukrainian? How many Ukrainians live in Crimea? Give them the opportunity, let them vote for the Ukrainian authorities. I wonder what answer they will give," Yanukovych said at a press conference in the Rossiya Segodnya International Information Agency.
