Iran, Afghanistan Boast Of Numerous Commonalities

Head of Ghazni Chamber of Trade and Industries Abdul Matin Qalandari said during the meeting on avenues for promoting trade between Kerman and Afghanistan that economic activists of both countries should solve their problems sincerely
"We are in Kerman to take advantage of commercial opportunities in favor of both nations," he said, noting Afghanistan's imports from Iran is meager and customs problems such as quarantine of fruits should be solved through dialogue.
Currently, China meets Afghanistan's needed fruits while Kerman boast of numerous potentials for exporting fruits to the country, he said.
Transit from Hurmozgan is easy and imports form Karachi and China costs a lot for Afghanistan, he said.
He also promised that Afghan merchants will remain alongside Iran in sanctions era sincerely.
If Afghan government does not create obstacles, economic activists can double Afghan exports to Iran, Qalandari said.
