Iran Backs Formation of Collective Mechanism in Persian Gulf - Rouhani

Iran supports the formation of a collective mechanism to guarantee security in the Persian Gulf region, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said during a speech at the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday.

UNITED NATIONS (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 25th September, 2018) Iran supports the formation of a collective mechanism to guarantee security in the Persian Gulf region, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said during a speech at the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday.

"We believe in the formation of a collective mechanism for the Persian Gulf region with the presence and participation of all regional countries," Rouhani said.
