Iraq Under Attack, 26 Died In Blast At Mausoleum Sited In North Of Baghdad

Baghdad, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th July, 2016) : Suicide bomber opened fire and rocket fire at the Mausoleum of Sayid Mohammed bin Ali al-Hadi during Eid al-Fitr festivities. The attack was started by an assaulter on Thursday night aiming policemen safeguarding the opening to the Sayyid Mohammed’s shrine in Balad.
According to the Iraqi police and hospital officials, an attack conceded out by several attackers on a Shiite shrine north of the capital Baghdad has killed 26 and injured 52. militant group ISIS accepted the responsibility for the explosion.
