Ishchenko Leads in Primorsky Territory Runoff With 76% Ballots Counted - Electoral Body

Tarasenko and Ishchenko have made it to the second round according to the results of the vote held on September 9, having secured 46.56 and 26.63 percent of vote respectively.

As of 6 p.m. local time (08:00 GMT), the voter turnout made 29.15 percent. According to an exit poll, conducted by OOO KC Expert Group, Tarasenko was leading with 53 percent of votes.
